Monarch Migration |Sarnia/ Lambton County Nature Photographers

We went to a friend's house this evening to help her celebrate her fourtieth birthday. As we sat out on their front lawn enjoying hamburgers and cake, we couldn't help but notice the butterflies gracefully flitting about on the wind currents. They were everywhere. We teased that perhaps they had come to celebrate too.



"Actually," she said, "they have been coming every year for a few weeks around this time." What a magnificent site!


Because we remember moments, not days...
