I did take photos today, but when I downloaded them, I saw this beauty taken by Murray, so it will be today's post. I love how the sun is shining with a red glow on the white bark of the lifeless looking (but definitely not lifeless) birch tree.Somehow in the bleakness of winter, it speaks of the promise of spring...of new life...of a soon to be new year.
